Sharing more of what I am loving in energy sessions. Also sharing more inspiring stories on why people book in with me & the benefits they receive.

This is my Mother in law Toni, in the fall she was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. She recently had surgery to remove the cancer & 4 lymph nodes.

Toni was excited to come in for a reiki session post surgery to help with healing and recovery. (Especially around the sore part of her scars). We did a lot of energy work on her heart chakra at the end of her session we also used the tuning forks which she said helped.

Although Toni came in excited for a session she said her body felt really stressed out from trying not to worry about everything. She said she left feeling so relaxed, aligned and really happy.

She said she also felt a lot of activity over her solar plexus, she said it felt like her guts were really churning things. There was less energy flowing in this chakra and we really got things moving, she thought it was interesting. Toni has had some issues with digestion and gut sensitivities so it wasn’t surprising to me that this area enjoyed receiving healing energy too.

I also shared a bunch of messages with her that channeled through to help her on her healing journey.

We still have to wait and see if she needs chemo or just radiation but I know either way I will help support her through it. She also bought her own tuning forks set so she can bring in frequency healing daily.

Being a human is hard sometimes, you can’t control what happens to you but you can always support yourselves through it (or ask to receive support on your journey).

👉🏼 What’s your definition of Spirituality?

So many people think it’s yoga and meditation, my definition has evolved and I believe it’s how you connect to your soul self through your daily habits, practices and rituals in the present moment.

You don’t need to meditate or do yoga to be “spiritual”, you just need to find ways to connect within. To quiet the mind and connect to your heart.

I love to make it a fun game to live my life from that place, which is the inspiration behind this reel. How can you find ways that work for you to connect to you soul self? What would your inner child be so happy doing? Are you seizing those opportunities daily? It doesn’t have to be huge or long, or hard, it can quite often be quite enjoyable and it typically energizes your whole system. When you know you know, and it becomes a way of life.

Today is the lions gate portal - set an intention for this portal and for your self. Write out a manifestation list, write out your dream life, envision what a successful life look and feels like. I know my definition on that has also drastically changed and it has brought in so much more goodness. Wishing you all the goodness, love and blessings today sweet soul. 💛

✨It is an art and a practice to notice all of the magic that surrounds you each and everyday.

The cool thing is that when you look for magic you find it, and you attract more magic. It turns into this really fun game and creates a really magical life.

There is magic in the sun, in the moon, in the stars, in the Forrest, in the water, everywhere on Earth there is free magic for you to enjoy.

Just for today or this long weekend, take more opportunities to unplug and find magical moments that are all around you. Savour them. Share them. Be so grateful and watch how your energy shifts. You are a piece of that magic too. ✨

The system will tell you otherwise. It will tell you need to buy certain products or clothes to be happy, that you need to make tons of money to be happy, that you need to change yourself to be happy. It’s a lie to keep you stuck in the system & to get you to forget your own unique magic & innate power.

Your energy goes where your attention goes, choose to focus on things that allow you to create the life you want to create. Energy is everything, I honestly feel like understanding it is a cheat code for life. So of course I have to share all the goodness. 🙏🏻

👉🏼 If you are tired of repeating the same lessons and patterns over and over again, I highly recommend asking these questions: “what am I learning about myself right now? What is the Universe trying to teach me right now? How can I grow out of this pattern?”

I also highly recommend as a manifestation & soul coach & energy worker that you look at the energy behind the way you are showing up in this cycle. Understanding energy and your own personal power to change your energy can break these cycles.

Change the energy, change the mindset & habits, and you can change your life. You have to embody the version of you that you want to become before it can come in, think attracting not chasing.

I would love to help you on your journey - removing blocks, shifting your subconscious blocks or beliefs, asking better more empowering questions to find more aligned solutions & learning to embody what you want to attract while avoiding micromanaging the universe with repetitive thoughts that are not serving you.

The best gift you can give to yourself and the relationships around you is to practice active listening. Be present and listen and connect. It’s such a blessing to allow others the space to feel heard but also to give yourself that gift of active listening within.

Also listening to things not said - energy is always communicating with you are you present enough to notice.

Time Machine is saying there is a lesson today you want to learn from your past so you can leave it there. Make peace or heal so you can create the present and future you desire. Lots of energy around relationships today, could be romantic, friendship on your relationship to yourself.

In perfect harmony is asking you if the actions you are taking today are in harmony with what you actually want? What your soul aligns with or is communicating to you. Are you relationships in alignment? Habits? Practices? Mindset? Etc. What needs realigned or more attention and how can you take an action step towards that. Rome wasn’t built in a day, daily aligned actions lead to a more aligned life you love (and lots more self-love on your journey).
