This Easy Strawberry Pear & Quinoa Salad checks all the boxes but most importantly it smells and tastes absolutely fantastic!
Quinoa is gluten-free and an excellent source of protein (a complete protein because it contains all 9 essential amino acids), it also contains fibre, vitamin B, Vitamin E, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc. It also contains antioxidants, you can easily see this is a really clean way to add protein to any salad or favourite bowl. If you are not a fan of quinoa you can easily substitute for chickpeas or your favourite protein source. Make this recipe work for you.
