Try these energy boosting matcha protein balls today!
Matcha Protein Balls
Makes: 12-14 balls
Prep Time: 5 minutes
½ cup gluten-free oats
½ cup gluten-free oat flour
1/3 cup coconut flakes
¼ cup vanilla protein powder
1-2 teaspoons match powder
½ cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix together with hands.
2. Roll into 1 inch balls. Option to roll in coconut flakes.
3. Store in air-tight container for up to one week or freeze up to one month.
Note – you can substitute for 1 cup of oats instead of oats and oat flour. If you are unable to have oats you can sub for almond flour.
