Matcha Protein Balls

View recipe

Our family is busy and sometimes breakfast needs to be a grab and go option, especially for the hubs and myself. We always look for fuel that will energize us so we can thrive throughout the day, we love protein balls because they have a great mix of healthy fats, protein, and nutrients that will keep us fuller longer. This recipe is even more special because it contains matcha. Matcha is high in antioxidants, it is a clean source of energy which can boost your energy throughout the day, it also helps with detox, to lower stress and cholesterol. It is a great source of L-theanine, this can help increase concentration and focus and can boost immunity. Can you see why we love this delicious breakfast or mid-day snack?

Are you looking for a healthy snack that is packed full of nutrients your body desperately needs? Are you looking to increase your energy levels? Matcha protein balls are just the thing to help you recharge and energize your mind and body.
