In episode #119, we dive into shadow work with guest expert Ariel Delurey.

Ariel is an intuitive channel, energy healer, and trauma-informed shadow work guide that aims to assist individuals in integrating and facing their shadow so that they can move towards self-love, acceptance, and deeper levels of healing.

Having moved through her own dark period of life and having moved through her own childhood traumas and loss that kept her feeling stuck, she has come to know that the only way out is through. Navigating her spiritual awakening and healing process, coming face to face with her shadows, has helped her to go from repeating patterns and limiting thoughts to breaking free of it all and feeling fulfilled. She deeply understands the importance of shadow work as it relates to personal and spiritual growth, and since she has pulled herself out of the darkest of places, she wants to help others to do the same.

Ariel supports others by tapping into their shadow body intuitively to promote self-awareness and healing, as well as through cord-cutting sessions, oracle card readings, mentorship, and energy healings. Her ultimate goal is to lovingly light the path for others toward integration, empowerment, healing, and personal intuitive development.
