Kyla is a registered pelvic health physio, postpartum fitness coach, and mom of two. She is passionate about all things women’s health, movement and mindfulness. She loves talking about things that make most people uncomfortable (peeing your pants, poop, discharge, periods and much more).

She believes knowledge is power and every woman deserves to feel strong and confident in her health and her body. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and believes true health includes mind, body, and soul. Her mission is to educate and empower you to take charge of your health because you are the expert of your body.
