What is at the root of the way you eat?
For years I ate in a way that was restrictive, and not very much fun. I saw food as the enemy and so was my body if I am being honest. It took up so much energy and at the root of my weight loss goals is that I thought if I weighed less people would love me more, heck maybe I would finally like my body and myself.
It’s sad but it is a common theme I see over and over again, especially with women. When I lose weight then I will love myself. The thing is that you never actually do the practices that teach you to love yourself, you just hope one day you will feel it. So what if we changed the game and did something radically different? What if we started working with our mind, body, and soul?
