You always have a choice to raise or elevate your energy & that’s why I am so excited to share this episode & these strategies with you. They work.
Every atom vibrates, it moves back & forth. Vibration is the oscillating & vibrating movement of the atoms caused by energy. All humans have an energy field that has it’s own vibrational frequency. The terms energy, vibration, and frequency are thrown around a lot in the spiritual community. Frequency is actually measured in hertz (Hz) and it is the rate that vibrations & oscillations occur. If an atom is vibrating at a higher rate (or faster rate) it would be a higher frequency than a slower vibrating atom. There is so much more to this conversation but I wanted to keep it light & informative. Basically, the higher your energy, vibration, & frequency the better you feel & attract. When you are vibrating in a lower vibration state that is when you tend to feel lower, more restricted, & dense or heavy, & disease can begin to occur in the body. You also tend to attract less pleasant things.

11 Easy Ways To Raise Your Vibration:
1 – Gratitude – focus on things that evoke a sense of gratitude. It elevates the way you feel, it leaves your mind, body, and soul feeling expansive and joyful which is a great way to feel and manifest.
2 – Mindset – prime your mind to focus on positive thoughts and a story that actually serves your highest good.
3 – Increase your Self-Worth and Self-Awareness – this is the missing key to feeling really great and manifesting. The more you believe in yourself, and your worth the higher you vibe and show up in life.
4 – Movement – when you wake up each day ask your mind, body, and soul what movement would feel really good? Movement is so great for raising your vibration because it moves the energy, prana or life force energy and it also helps to release feel-good endorphins.
5 – Eat more nourishing food or high vibrational food and limit or omit low vibrational foods. Eat more real whole foods that don’t have an ingredients list like fruits, vegetables, beans & legumes, nuts & seeds, lean meats, eggs, etc. Avoid processed or fried foods, alcohol and other toxins
6 – Sounds, Singing Bowls, Binaural Beats, Music – Sounds have frequencies and it is an easy way to raise your vibration.
7 – Scents or Essential Oils – each oil has a frequency that is greater than the frequencies of some foods and herbs. They can also boost your boost, energy, and mindset.
8 – Meditation and Breathwork – Meditation is a beautiful way for you to get quiet and listen to the whispers on your soul, to create space for downloads and aligned ideas to come in. Breathwork changes the energy in your body and feels liberating.
9 – Return to Love – Emotions have a frequency, love and joy are the highest so when you feel lower ask yourself what you need to return to love.
10 – Generosity – Random Acts of Kindness – Give out Compliments – It feels good all around.
11 – Consume High Vibe Content – Audio, Books, Podcasts, Social Media, the idea is to only consume things that feel really good.
